Refund policy

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges: We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, face masks and personal care devices that have been opened and used cannot be returned unless defective.
